The report says that the space X company will rely upon “self-governing principles” and that these self-governing principals will be set at the time of Martial settlement. This information was also witnessed by users on mobile application of Starlink. The news regarding the “no laws on mars” was also put into the Starlink application. The question here is that can Elon Musk really impose his own laws on Mars. The Declaration of the Rights and Responsibilities of Humanity in the Universe also states the same ideology that “space should be considered free, by all, for all and to all”.
