WWE wrestlers released due to economic impact of COVID-19
WWE has been known for being the biggest professional wrestling organization in the world. Not surprisingly WWE is also one of those top organizations which are suffering economically due to the spread of COVID 19. Recently WWE has announced to release on of the top wrestlers. Who are they? Let’s find out!
The announcement was made on Wednesday, April 2020 that they have released some of their wrestlers-performers. The list of released wrestlers consists of Mike Chioda, Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, Mike Kanellis, Eric Young, Primo and Epico, , and much more. The reason for this tragic decision was because of the budget problems the company has been facing. Initially, only 5 names were listed on the list but slowly and gradually the list started becoming big.
The most surprising thing is that Kurt Angle is also on the list This reflects that WWE is going through one of its worst times when it has no other way but to eliminate its own WWE stars.
The fans are very disappointed and are literally in shock after these decisions by WWE. Rusev used twitter to share his feelings after this by saying “Thank you All, Rusev out!”.
We know that these are extraordinary times for all companies in America. We hope that WWE returns back to its position where it was before. The fans are dying to see their favourite stars back in the ring.
